This year, Land n Survey department is very serious to collect quit rent from every titles in Sabah.
So be warned, since they do not practise Billing system, once they generate a notice, it is called Notice of Demand and it carries a surchage of 24 % of the amount owed to them.
Please check your quit rent owed to Lands and Surveys Department Sabah for your titles at
www.quitrent.jtu.sabah.gov.my
and make payment at their counters in Lands and Surveys offices, UTC KK & UTC Tawau.
