My unifi line was suddenly went down on 15/12/2017. Make complaint to unifi via live chat, hop in tmpoint and call 100.... only being attended on the 21/12/2017 at 3pm went tm contractor came for checking... and reporting that the cable in the ceiling was being bites by mouse... and need to change new cable only by tomorrow...
